Terms and Conditions
- Rates
- Infrant (under 2 years) are free of charge
- Toddler (2 – 5 years old) are required to pay half of the price
- Kids (above 5 years old) are subject to the normal price (full price)
- Booking confirmation & Payment
- Down payment is minimum 30% from the total purchases
- Invoice will be sent through whatsapp or email once the downpayment is paid
- Final payment must be settled maximum 7 days before the trip. If the payment was not paid on the due date, We will have the rights to declare the booking as cancelled.
- Reschedule
- Reschedule is only applicable maximum 30 days before the trip
- Reschedule made less than 30 days before the trip will forfeit the down payment
- Cancellation
- Cancellations by guest mean no refund, but can be transferred to another person (substitute guest)
- Cancellations or prohibition made by the harbour master or government due to weather condition, force majeure, natural disasters, terrorism, political instability or other external events mean guest could reschedule the trip or receive full refund
- Cancellation made by a boat operator for other reasons that are unavoidable (such as sudden technical issue) means the boat operator is responsible to arrange replacement vessels as alternative solutions with the same price or class range. If we fail to provide the replacement guest shall receive a full refund
